The short version: Your data is yours. We use it only to run your business better. We never sell it. You can export or delete it any time. If you link your bank account, we only read — we never touch your money.
When you use Jelio, we collect information you provide directly — your name, email, phone number, and business details when you sign up. If you choose to link bank accounts or payment providers, Jelio reads transaction data in a read-only capacity. We never hold, move, or debit your money.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
If you choose to link your bank account, Jelio connects in read-only mode. We can see your transactions — we cannot initiate, modify, or block any payment. We use approved open banking providers and you can disconnect at any time.
Jelio is built on Nsibra infrastructure. Governments only ever receive aggregated and anonymised economic intelligence — not your individual business records. Your specific sales, invoices, or customer details are never visible through any standard government access.
Your business data belongs to you. You can export your full records at any time. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Access to your data is authenticated and logged.
